Each Tablet contains:

• Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract equivalent to dry root - 300 mg
• Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract equivalent to dry fruit - 100 mg
• Avena sativa (Oats) extract equivalent to dry seed - 250 mg
• Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) extract equiv. to dry flowering & fruiting herb - 250 mg
• Nicotinamide - 50 mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 10 mg 

Adults - Take one to two tablets half an hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed

Children (from 6 years to 12 years) - As professionally prescribed
