Bee Venom Balm cream is smoothed onto affected area twice a day for the first 12-14 days; followed by a lay off period of up to 10 days.  The cycle is repeated but only using one application a day.  Many people experience some relief within 24-48 hours and major relief in 2-4 weeks.
